It was going all normal routine and suddenly out of blue lockdown comes up and there goes my daily routine all upside down . In this hustle bustle life of Mumbai, we hardly had any time for each other with our typical day schedule. However this has been a changing opportunity to fix things. We as family now got more time for each other. And now we were together.However with additional time , i got additional responsibilities of handling many tasks like cleaning ,sanitising ,ugh sanitising every little thing and its very time consuming , cooking ,washing ,taking care of health aspects. The responsibilities have now increased more. I am sure most of women an agree to this weather working or non working.
Since its long term lockdown , i was wondering how will I do things. We earlier had some lack of communication and we now both wanted to have some great time with each other and understand things in better way. For this we started exercising together and this was going so amazing initially. I have been able to manage things but slowly i started getting exhausted. Frankly each day Looking at pile of clothes has been a stressful for me . Work seems like it has been never ending . One morning i woke up with fever and the reason was exhaustion. Well this was again a game changer ! My husband asked me to rest and told me from now on he will share the load 😉 that is every load i have been taking in life and to begin with it was the load of clothes he started with 🙂 cant believe it .He suddenly turned into so much caring husband am all thanks to the pile of clothes for this 😛 .
Now things got much more easier and relaxed .I do not have to worry on my clothes washing . He is also helping me with gardening which is making me soooo happy. We getting more quality time with each other and make sure to follow it religiously.
Now after months of lockdown we are able to have a happy family life. Sharing the load is much important for every member of family. WE all should uncerstand this and work towards a happy stay together.After all mental well being also adds to the physical well being isnt!
