Just when lockdown was announced , we all found ways out to stay home coping up with new ways of living . Days went by and we were awaiting for it to complete and get back to normal life . But it took longer than we thought. From variety of food cooking posts to depressive posts, we have come long way now. Coping with depression during this Covid19 pandemic is the need of the hour for most of us now.Stress is the reaction of body and or mind to the interpretation of a situation .Unknown situation adds stress more. So in this case either change the situation or change the interpretation. If you are unable to change interpretation ,make your body strong to deal with it.This can be done by yoga ,which helps to keep your mind relaxed .However best option is to change Interpretation
The basic interpretation is to understand that none is wrong its all about situations. People react and act according to the situation . lets talk about a unique formula thats been helping people these days.

MONDAY: Practice Non violent communication
Nonviolent Communication (abbreviated NVC, also called Compassionate Communication or Collaborative Communication) is a communication process developed by Marshall Rosenberg beginning in the 1960s. It focuses on three aspects of communication: self-empathy , empathy ( honest self-expression (defined as expressing oneself authentically in a way that is likely to inspire compassion in others).NVC proposes that if people can identify their needs, the needs of others, and the feelings that surround these needs, harmony can be achieved.
Never give your judgement or opinion without any information.Remember that the way of communication matters .
For example ;If I say Mr Sushant is best Dr , people may get offended and start argument on this matter. Instead of this if I say ” According to me Mr Sushant is the best Dr” sounds better and will invite lesser chances of people taking it as an offence . Basically it is about not getting into argument,not to give judgement nor opinion .one must follow no Gossip ,no criticism ,practice non violent communication.This is called NVC theory . TUESDAY : Negativity Detoxification/Reconnect People
Every Tuesday you try to remove negativity from mind. Confess /write whatever you want in a paper and than tear it off .On this day try to remove your negative thoughts.Call someone with whom u haven’t connected since long or have had any past issues to sort out,call them every week and get connected well. Be neutral or positive and never be negative.Connect with those whom u haven’t connected since 6 months and work on the relationship.
WEDNESDAY : Share a gift to whomever you want to.
The gift can be materialistic or non materialistic.Compliment or appreciate people make them happy and smile. This indeed will make their day too..So basically by giving you will be happier too.
THURSDAY: Think differently
On this day you need to think differently. Think positive and improve your thought process. Be different. Check for the sign of god . Why things are happening which has a reason behind.Be positive.
FRIDAY : GET CLOSE TO NATURE
Now comes Friday , do enjoy nature,experiment with the five elements of nature.Be in sunlight,watch greens ,colorful flowers ,butterflies. Do some gardening if possible.Its a very good stress buster . Idea is to be surrounded in nature and feel the positive vibes and energy.
SATURDAY : Help People
Most important day is Saturday. It is said to do good for people which can give you some self satisfaction and mental peace. You connect with people looking for help and see how you can in your best way.
SUNDAY : RELAXING DAY
keep this day as a relaxing day .Do whatever you like.Do whatever makes you feel happy.
